30 Sugar Free Days: Menu for Week 1

Posting this is really much more for my organizational benefit than anything else (having recipe links all in one place is very helpful to me. Oh and Mom I know you are interested :) We decided to give this a try for the month of February and see how we feel. It is basically no sugar or foods that act like sugar (starchy veggies, natural sugars, grains, etc). Fruits are okay, there are just a couple of the very sweet ones that we are avoiding (watermelon, over ripe bananas, dates, raisins, tangerines). This should be interesting. Oh and maybe I should mention that artificial sweeteners are out as well.

To make this as easy as possible on myself I decided to plan out all of our meals and snacks instead of just supper like I usually do.
